The office "Marketing and selling"- real estates is established in 1994 with the purpose to close the circle of engineering of the firm. 
The main priorities are:
A/ selling the building products of the firm: apartments, offices, shops, studious, garages, houses. 
- Investigation of the market of the real estates;
- Analyzing and defining the price policy 
B/ providing buildings plot 
- examination of the documents of the plot and its readiness for building;
- investigation of the infrastructure around the building plot and the necessity of constructing a new one;
- making a contract about the price and the percent of compensation 
C/ Sale-Trade of real estates
D/ Advertising
